Tonopah Valley Clubs
At Tonopah Valley High School, we encourage and support the unique talents and interests of our students. We offer a variety of clubs and organizations, all designed to inspire our students to enjoy learning, support each other, and build strong character.
FBLA
For those interested in a career in business, this is the club for you! FBLA is one of the largest student-run organizations in the United States. It's where we bring business and education together through leadership and career development programs.
FFA
FFA programs prepare students for careers in agricultural marketing, processing, communications, education, horticulture, production, natural resources, forestry, agribusiness, and other agricultural fields. Activities include opportunities for students to develop public speaking skills, conduct and participate in meetings, manage financial matters, strengthen problem-solving abilities, and assume civic responsibilities.
Honor Society
National Honor Society (NHS) is a nationally recognized organization on campus for juniors and seniors. The Tonopah Valley NHS encourages academics, service, and good character. Upon completion of required service hours and high school graduation, the NHS member becomes a life-long alumnus of the National Honor Society.
HOSA

Future Health Professionals is a global student-led organization recognized by the United States Department of Education which provides a unique program of leadership development, community service, and recognition exclusively for students enrolled in health science education. HOSA chapter advisors recognize the importance of providing students with training far beyond the basic technical skills needed for entry into the healthcare field and endeavor to provide student members with well-rounded opportunities that will prepare them for their future as healthcare professionals.
Skills USA
Skills USA is a national non-profit organization that serves high school and college students who are preparing for careers in trade, technical, skilled service, and health occupations.
Student Council
The Tonopah Valley High School Student Council teaches our kids responsibility, communication, and leadership skills. The student representatives work closely with their own classmates, and with the school overall. They learn how to work together as a team, and how to value the opinions of others. They also learn how to listen, and how to unify various views and ideas. Most importantly, they learn that we can do things together that none of us could do individually.
